…aka the only positive thing to see in the morning.  One word for today’s nail art … wait for it, waaaait for eet. SPONGING! \o/ yaaay! With sponging it’s simple; the result is usually beautiful and it makes you feel like a child again ^^

The only non-sponging step. Base. Sky blue. After that we go straight to sponging. Promise.

Wait for it to dry and afterwards apply a thin coat of nail polish on a sponge and simply stamp it down over your nails… One pink after another. Light one first and let it take most of the surface.

The brighter pink may not go over the half of the nail’s surface…

And the yellow may only take over the tip :D

This was my inspiration in the morning. The colours were much more enhanced than they are on the pic. Thought I’d share it with you. Something said “Go on, sponge away!! ;)” in my head… so I did.

I love seeing nature play with colours like that. Those colours remind me of a phoenix. A mythical creature which is reborn from it’s ashes over nad over again. Take each morning as a new begining, rebirth. Do whatever it is you want to do and don’t wait for THE day to come, because one day you’ll realise you have missed it. And at that point it may be too late.

See what a week of philosophy, sociology and a couple of other subjects we have at university now do to you… ^^ whatever it is… iLike.

Let me paste my song of the month here. I think it fits my flow of thoughts above, otherwise it’s completely off topic. Lol, but I love it. If Not Now, When? by Incubus.

Polishes I used:
blue base – Essence, Colour & Go, 53 You Belong To Me;
peachy pink – Manhattan, naughty Nails, 31L;
melon pink – OPI, Melon Of Troy;
yellow – Avon, Sunshine

Till’ next time! Love ya, hope you’re all enjoying yourselves. See you on Wednesday =P
